The fashion image got too clean. Too lit, too still, too retouched into something nobody actually looks like. Oblique is a correction.
We're a studio of six — photographers, a stylist, a writer and a developer — who'd rather catch one true frame than stage a hundred perfect ones. We shoot on location, in real light, in a single afternoon. What you see in each issue is what happened, in order, unedited. The grain stays. The blur stays. The moment a garment forgets the camera is exactly the moment we keep.

No studio rental, no second day, no re-shoots. One route through one city, fourteen looks, and whatever the light decides to do. The limit forces decisions — and decisions are where the work gets honest.
